October
2: Arthritis Foundation Exercise Instructor Training at Oneida County Department of Aging in Rhinelander, WI from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Susie Wagner will lead the training.
3: Arthritis Assessment at Regency Mall, West Court 5538 Durand Avenue, Racine, WI. There will be free joint assessments from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. by Rheumatologists Dr. Tom Murphy and Dr. Dana Trotter as well as Tracy Nelson. NP.
The Mystery Ball will be held at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee. Enjoy an elegant evening including dinner, dancing, live and silent auction items. The theme remains a mystery until the event.
8: The Northeastern District’s Wine and Chocolate Tasting, welcome fall with a wine and chocolate tasting from 6:00 -9:00 p.m. at Tundra Lodge Resort & Conference Center. The event includes raffles, games and auction.
9: Arthritis Foundation Exercise Instructor Training at Two Rivers Senior Center in Two Rivers, WI from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Nick Vraney will lead the training.
10: Arthritis Assessment Day at Mayfair Mall, Center Court 2500 N. Mayfair Rd., Wauwatosa, WI. There will be free joint assessments from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by Rheumatologists: Dr. John Albert, Dr. Mary Cronin, Dr. Douglas Hempel, Dr. Daniel Rosler, Dr. Katerina Soforo and Dr. Alvin Wells.

14: Let’s Talk RA Town Hall Meeting at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare –Wauwatosa at 201 N. Mayfair Rd. from 6:30 p.m to 8:30 p.m. Learn how to live better with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) through Let’s Talk RA. Join a local rheumatologist, patient and a certified Arthritis Foundation Exercise instructor at this Community Education Forum to discuss ways you can communicate with your doctor and manage your arthritis with exercise.

Arthritis Assessment at the Green Bay YMCA-Downtown 235 N. Jefferson St., Green Bay, WI. There will be free joint assessments from 9:00 a.m. to noon by Rheumatologist Dr. Marlon Hermitanio. There is ample parking available.

7: Jingle Bell Run/Walk Fox Cities will be located at Player’s Choice in Appleton, WI
The Southwestern District’s International Wine Tasting, taste wines from the world’s best vineyards, along with artisanal cheeses, hors d’oeuvres, gourmet foods, and single-origin chocolates crafted by Gail Ambrosius from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Madison Club. The event includes a silent auction, multiple raffle prizes, games, live music, and more.
8: The 25th Annual Jingle Bell Run/Walk Milwaukee will be located at the Milwaukee County Zoo.
